There are two ways that you can return an item to us or let us know of a fault.
1) Simply fill out the back of the invoice with all the requested details and post the items back to us using the returns address. Our customer care team will then check the product against the listed faults and then offer you either a refund, replacement or discount from your next order.
2) Contact us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) telling us the order number, your name and the problem with the product. Our customer care team will then check your fault and then offer you either a refund, replacement or discount from your next order. Please note: We may ask for extra details when using this method.
