With a giant Hello Kitty figure wandering around the garden and a huge cake in the shape of the character, there could be no doubting the theme for this birthday party at Tori Spelling's house.

The extravagant display, which saw the garden turned into a Hello Kitty paradise, with inflatables, pink chairs and a bouncy castle, was in honour of her daughter Stella's third birthday.

It is to be hoped that party guests took the hint and brought the birthday girl appropriate presents.

Personalised gifts bearing Hello Kitty along with Stella's name or picture would be a lovely way to mark the occasion, and would fit in nicely with the overall theme of the day.

Tori Spelling, who is best known for her role in Beverley Hills, 90210 is currently pregnant with her third child by husband Dean McDermott. Liam Aaron, the couple's first child, is one year older than Stella.
