Coleen Rooney has come a long way from her modest roots in Merseyside, Liverpool, and now rubs shoulders with some of the biggest names in entertainment.

That was no different over the weekend as the WAG and her husband Wayne Rooney, Manchester United's star striker, made a surprise appearance at Glastonbury.

Naturally they didn't slum it in the mud with all the other revellers but lived it up in the VIP area both backstage and front of stage.

But that doesn't mean she's immune from being star struck as she snapped away at pictures that will surely go into her own personal photobook.

However, the 25-year-old mother-of-one was kind enough to let the rest of the world in on the fun as she posted images on Twitter of herself and her friends with hip hop star Jay-Z.

The rapper was at the festival in support of his wife Beyonce, who headlined and brought to an end the Glastonbury Festival with an explosive performance.
