Ferrari photobook could set you back more than some of the cars!

Even super-rich Ferrari fans may be faced with a shopping dilemma as they come to choose between splashing their cash on one of their favourite cars, or spending the money on a diamond-encrusted photobook containing pictures of them.

It's not a dilemma you come across often, but with the premier version of the Ferrari Opus photobook costing a whopping £170,000 fans may have to make a decision to rein in their spending!

The book features a prancing horse crafted entirely of diamonds on its front. It has been made on a highly-limited print run, with some media, including Autoblog, suggesting that only one copy will be available per country.

For those on a tighter budget, a more basic version of the book is available for a mere £2,000. Needless to say this one does not contain that sparkle-factor!

A review in Autoblog suggested that the book may be a contender for the most expensive photobook in the world, but that honour in fact went to John James Audubon's Birds of America, which sold at auction for £7.3 million just last year.
