EastEnders actor Shane Ritchie and wife Christie have announced this week that they are expecting their third child together, and what a lovely addition that will make to the family photobook!

The couple, who have been married since 2007, are due to become parents again next month, with the arrival of a little girl.

The Ritchies, who already have a son and a daughter, have not decided on a name for the baby yet, but whatever they name her, she is sure to fit in well with the other children in the family, including Shane's children from his marriage to Loose Women star Coleen Nolan.

Christie's growing bump may well have been recorded in a photobook to capture every moment leading up to the birth of the couple's new daughter.

Timing is an ironic factor in this pregnancy, as it so happens that the baby will be born at around the same time as Shane's on-screen character and his wife are reunited with their baby, who was swapped in a controversial storyline which earned many complaints for the long-running soap.
