Not clear which way up the micro memory fits but a great little device none the less

It took me some time to figure out how this thing works. The problem is with the card slot. The card needs to be inserted at an angle only then it does work. Poor manufacturing? Also it tends to disconnect from the USB port. Almost impossible to copy large files - very frustrating. I would not recommend this item.

Product works but had to use some force to get the micro SD card into it. Doesn't go in all the way anyway. Design could be improved so card went into the unit but it does its job.
