Although a simple device, it does give relief when my neck seems frozen. It gives relief, admittedly not under all circumstances, but it is better than none at all. Overall, I must say it does give be some relief, more than the N.H.S. can.

Do not bother, not one of their better products. Mine went stright in the bin. Some good and some very bad.

I was surprised to find that the massager doesn't massage, but uses pulsed voltages through 2 paddle like contacts and hence you need to damp your neck and contacts. There are different modes for different pulses - I've only tried mode 1, but it helped with my knackered neck (Arthritis and old Whiplash injury :-( ) especially if going on PC. Was initially put off by cheap plastic inner box, but it does look more rubust than packaging. Havent tried the shoulder electrodes yet and would warn to start low on settings as some of the shocks are shocking :-)
