Once received, be sure to include your order number so we can identify your order. For items over the value of £50 please send goods by Royal Mail Signed For post. Please retain proof of postage when returning items. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.

Once received, be sure to include your order number so we can identify your order. For items over the value of £50 please send goods by International Recorded post. Please retain proof of postage when returning items. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Please also be sure to return your item using the International return form or address. International items returned using the UK Freepost address may be subject to a discretionary return postage fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised, or is not what you ordered.
We will issue a full refund or a replacement, including postage costs, at no additional charge.
We cannot accept items that are damaged due to improper handling.
Faulty items can be returned within the first 6 months of receipt, unless specified on individual product listings. Please use our returns form above.
We test every return for faults and defects. If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you. MyMemory will cover these costs.
Faulty goods may be substituted with another brand for the same intrinsic value.
Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to us if they are incorrect, faulty or arrive in a damaged state. We are able to offer you a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy item. Due to the nature of these promotions we cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone.
You are able to withdraw from any purchase up to 14 days after the date you receive the item. To do this email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
We are happy to provide an exchange or refund, however these items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery. Kindly use the Freepost details found above. This way we cover all your returns postage costs. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. A completed returns form must accompany returned items.
After 14 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and unwanted goods. If after this period we accept opened and unwanted goods, we may charge a discretionary minimum fee of £2.49 to cover postage and packing costs that MyMemory incur to deliver this service.
If you wish to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused we will refund the purchase, but we will not refund any original delivery costs.
Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from the right to cancel:
- Face masks
- Unsealed media
- DVD and Blu-ray discs
- Video games and computer software
- Computer memory
- Used hard drives
- Unsealed headphones
- SIM cards and SIM packs
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via email of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 working days of us receiving your return. Any cancellation does not affect your statutory rights.
